Match report Skip won toss and elected to bowl first. This was a dead rubber for us although Reed needed some points to finish in the top ten.

Our bowling lacked penetration and all of us agreed afterwards that this wasn't a strong batting lineup and yet their top 4 scored 200 runs between them. We took their last 7 wickets for 4 runs!!!

Tea was good as usual.

Our innings was all about Jack Filer's maiden hundred. He was ably supported by Puds midway through his innings, thereafter he brought us home and only fell short of a not out ton with just 6 runs needed. This was an innings of remarkable maturity; a delight to watch and well applauded from the pavilion as the game on the top square had just finished. A great end to the season. Well done Jack.
