Pitch Perfect Preparations

Some news on preparations for Pitch Perfect in June, leading to requests for help from Tim Buckley:

1. A deal has been secured with Nash Partnership to provide “estate agents boards” advertising Pitch Perfect throughout the town. Nash will provide the boards at their cost but we do need to identify volunteers for siting of the boards. Ideally the boards will need to be on the major thoroughfares in the town so if you live at the end of a cul-de-sac then thank you for your thought but passing traffic is going to be limited. Nash have kindly offered to place 20 boards on our behalf so Tim is after 20 volunteers. If a junior member please ask your parents. The board will simply advertise PP and should not give rise to any further enquiry.

2. As usual we are doing a programme for the event which will act as the ticket. Advertising is available in this programme for your business. £100 secures a half page and £200 a full page. If interested please contact Tim.

3. We will also need volunteers on the day to assist in the setting up of the ground.
