Match report Highlights from this friendly....

We put Chesham in to bat - they had a guest player from Kent 1st XI (Maxine Blythin - look her up on Google!) who we hope won’t be guesting when we play them in the league. She scored an unbeaten 101 and the remainder of the team got 26 with the bat. Some great bowling from Charlotte (4 for 14) and Jess (3 for 12) with very economical bowling from Katy; and a really improved performance in the field - including a stunning catch from Vicky and some gazelle impressions from Ann... Onto the batting - much improved running between the wickets thanks to Dan’s coaching on Saturday - a great performance from Hannah (39) but generally we struggled against some variable bowling and finding it difficult to get the ball through the gaps in the field. Lots of positives to take forward to next week.
