Match report On a damp day berko won the toss and batted first in a 51-45 match
on a skiddy deck we batted nicely against the new ball with bray smashing a quickfire 52. As usual a mini collapse when the ball got old on a tough surface and we slipped from 132-4 to 173 all out with herring 32 and darren james playing well for a red ink 20. It could have been a lot worse with saint albans dropping 5 catches.
In reply st alabns never got going and with darren and janners bowling with great control they slipped to 78 all out. Janners bwoled beautifully and deserved his 8 wicket haul. We caught well it could have been darren taking the wickets but it just wasnt meant to be. His 1 wicket was well deserved but could have had a 5 wicket haul
Over all a much needed 30 points!!
