Match report A close run thing for our 4s as they notched their 3rd victory of the season. A heroic 10th wicket partnership between Peps and Mark Evans brought home the bacon with a couple of overs to spare after a fine half century from Todd Bone. Earlier we bowled tidily containing the home team to 165 with wickets shared around the team. John English was the pick of the attack 2-17 off 8 overs. Our youngish team (with a couple of wise old heads) is starting to get some momentum although we remain 2nd from bottom with about 6 weeks of the season to go. Lets hope we can begin to climb up the league with a settled team in place. Finally we must have some sympathy for Ross Todd as this was the third week running he had to stump up for a jug, because son and heir's brilliant fielding led to three catches again.
