What to say about the wicket? It was a baking hot day in July. 75 overs were bowled in total. 205 runs scored in total. 20 wickets taken.

Or put another way; it was crap.

Not an altogether enjoyable game, however, we won and have gone top of the league at the half way point of the season.

The highlights of the day all centered around the fielding. We took every catch and that included an exceptional one by James and closely followed by Dan's caught and bowled effort.

Looking forward to next week's game, if only everyone was available though...
