Match report well we finished the season on what acually felt like a summers evening. Unfortunately we lost a very tight match with Hemel scoring the winning runs with 4 balls to spare.
We batted first and Ben with an aggressive 11 and Callum with a patient 19 got us off to a reasonable start.Unfortunately, wickets tumbled and the only other batsman to reach double figures wasDan with 12. This saw us post a below par 90 allout.
The boys responded with a spirited effort in the field, the fielding was by far their best effort of the season and all the bowlers had good economic figures with wickets for Max and Elliott. However as we feared we just did not have enough runs to defend and Hemel just got home with 4 balls to spare.
