Match report An excellent match despite the defeat. Berkos batters really struggled to get going against accurate bowling by county bowler Sam Masters who had figures of 4-0-6-1 and Alistair partner who took 2-9. The Berko innings was rescued by Jonathan Harvey (32) and Matthew Hopkins (31) who played some fine shots all round the ground. However the score of 98 always looked about 10-15 runs short.

Despite two early wickets from Josh Roberts Tring were always in control. Masters struck a well paced 30 and then Oli Butler finished off the match with 3 typically big hits. Edward Butler-Caddle and keeper Theo Freedman both performed well in the field for Berko but to no avail. Robert Spencer was our most economical bowler, conceding just 6 runs for his 3 overs.
