Match report Well played the 4s. Peps won toss and inserted against runaway league leaders who were rumoured to be missing key players. Harry and Henry bowled tightly, couple of catches went down and at drinks West Herts were 50-1. Cue carnage - wickets tumbling, run outs, catches, Mark taking 3 wickets in an over - some of the batters were walking wickets to be fair and the oppo were all out for 80 as we narrowly beat the 1s into tea.

Our innings - Tim and Jacob started slowly but steadily built a platform. Then we had a flurry of wickets - surely we couldn't throw this one away? WH were bowling lots of extras - 25 in total which helped ease the pressure and Tom Clarke and Tim steadied the ship so we ran out comfortable winners.
