Match report On a beautiful warm evening, captain Will Holderness won the toss and inserted OA into bat. The innings got off to a stuttering start with both openers gone before the score reached double figures. Then an excellent partnership between Sears-Black (14) and Gillespie (17) put OA's on the road to a decent score. The partnership was broken by Josh Roberts who took 3 for 4 from 4 overs of superb pace bowling. Ed Sibley then took 2 wickets in an over to reduce OA's to 41 for 6. There were 2 stunning catches from Adam Cowland and Robert Spencer. OA were then indebted to Kellard who struck a quick 27 not out including 4 legside boundaries. This lifted the final score to 82 for 8 off the 20 overs. Will Holderness and Jacob Lewarne shared wicket keeping duties and didn’t concede a single bye.

Berkhamsted looked to be in real trouble when they batted as a great spell from Elliot (4-1-9-3) reduced the home team to 16 for 4. This brought together U12s Robert Spencer and Jack Wiggs who batted with patience, skill and intelligence in a splendid 50 partnership, Spencer retiring on 30 with the game nearly in the bag. There were a few nervous moments near the end but Roberts and Butler-Caddle saw Berkhamsted through to victory with 6 balls to spare. An exciting tight game which could have gone either way but a good run chase by our batsmen.
