Match report A keenly contested and in the end a tight match resulted in the sunday XI winning by 2 wickets marred only by the weather.
After tight bowling from Toby taking 2 early wickets, Ben and Luke batted well until James bowled Ben for 31, and a collectors item with OC catching the unfortunate Rob Smith. Luke quickly followed to Denty and but for a resolute 24 from Peter, the raiders would have fallen well short of the posted 143 all out
Despite a dubious fielder/umpire with the miscievious Mr Dent, James soon took apart the opening raiders bowling, with Andre happy to sit on 0 not out for an eternity, but from being well placed at 67-2, the raiders clawed themselves back into the match including Greg taking a wicket well caught behind. Ben took OC's and Pep's wickets in succesive balls, but Denty (now playing for the sunday xi)survived the hat trick ball and saw us home by 2 wickets
