Andy Dindar

We were saddened to receive the news that Andy Dindar, a star Berkhamsted cricketer from 1976-80, died recently at the age of 82.

His five years in the town were spent as Head Groundsman at Berkhamsted School, and he appeared twenty times for Hertfordshire while a BCC player having previously clocked up seven first-class matches for Gloucestershire.
The funeral service for Andy will take place on Thursday 8th May at 10.45 at the Reading Crematorium, All Hallows Road and afterwards at Reading Cricket Club.
If you wish to attend, please contact Sheila Dindar at  golflady17@yahoo.co.uk

A tribute to Andy has been placed into our Memorials section on this website. We would welcome any memories of him that you would like to share, which we will add into it accordingly.
