Match report The U15's were comfortably beaten in their first match for some time, due to a mixture of the great British weather and school trips. After losing the toss and being put in the Hemel bowlers quickly caused problems and we were 3 down in no time. Sensible batting from Luke O'Dair and James Chambers steadied the ship, before the introduction of leg spinner Minett caused havoc. Useful late knocks from O'Gorman and Furlong got us up to a respectable 95-7.
However, the home batsmen were in no mood to hang about and aided by some unusually wayward bowling, a quick outfield and some quite appalling catching the home side made it home with plenty to spare.
