Berkhamsted Cricket Club 5th XI v Ickenham V on Sat 25 Jul 2009 at 2:00
Berkhamsted Cricket Club Won by 8 wickets

Match report The fifths won their first match of the season against a young Ickenham side. The visitors were put into bat and were soon in trouble thanks to a fine spell by Toby Stockton, who followed up his two wickets with a direct run out. Andy Chambers surprised a batsmen by bowling one that actually pitched (and moved.....honest) before the twin spins kings of Northcott and Pratt bamboozled the middle and lower order, both finishing with excellent figures, as the visitors were bowled out for 77.
After losing both openers cheaply, the third wicket pair of James Holderness and Stuart Kemp made batting look easy for the first time during the day with an unbroken stand of 66, with James hitting a big 6 to win the game.
