Match report A reasonable day weatherwise. A strong Berko IIs against the undefeated league leaders.

Tales was called and tales came down - Berko in the field.

Jo bowled ben, particularly against there to be top scorer, and on another day would have had him early on. As it was their wickets fell steadily around him. Toby with four was the pick of the bowling. League leaders all out for 158 on a wicket with the two shortest boundaries thus far this season was a good effort.

Tea was good. The "best bread" was muttered often. The liquid tea however wasn't hot enough.

Skip asked Ben Beard to open the batting in lieu of a bowl and was rewarded with a steady 52. A relatively quick 50 from Darren along with a steady knock from Nick and Jo saw us home relatively comfortably.

Up in to fifth place with only a couple of points to fourth. Last three games at home - all to play for.

An all round great performance from the team. If anything, we could have played better...
