Match report We dont often get Mr Wale junior to turn his arm over but given that we were playing the bottom of the league Steve obviously fancied his chances of propelling himself to the top of the bowling averages! He did so in style, turning the ball miles to bag a well earned 7 for 31, ably assisted by another tight opening spell from Raj and Martin and backed up from the other end by OC who snared their opening bat when looking well set. This set up what looked like an easy run chase although that depends who you talk to. According to our skipper, we made hard work of it but according to Andre who made 57 not out, it was never in doubt. Steve also chipped in with another nice knock, just missing his half-ton and OC did his best to give their bowler a hat trick before he and Andre hit the winning runs.
